Registration fee should be paid before 10 April 2018.
An official letter for Visa application will be send upon request by the participant

Once the organizer received your registration, a credit card form will be sent to your e-mail. Please complete the form and follow the instructions. Any additional cost involved during transactions will be borne by the participants.
Bank Draf/Deposit/International Bank Transfer
A copy of your remittance advice MUST be sent to our office for identification of payment. Please state that the payment is for “AMBC 2018” and indicate Registrant’s name clearly.
E. TERMS & CONDITION

General

  • Acceptance letter will be sent upon receipt of your registration.
  • The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration if the payment is not made before the deadline indicated
  • In the event of cancellation two weeks prior to the conference date, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. No refund will be given for any cancellation made less than 2 weeks of the conference date.
  • Registered participants who are fail to attend the conference without prior notice to the conference secretariat will be charged full registration fee.
