General

  • A confirmation of registration will be sent to participants upon receipt of registration form
  • We will only refund 50% of the fee for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the symposium date in writing. Alternatively, participants may nominate a substitute.
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
  • Registered participant who does not submit a written cancellation attending the symposium is still liable for any outstanding balances and will be billed the full symposium registration fee.
